I was out of town all weekend, and I must say being on the road makes it very difficult for this. I didnt do very well.

Saturday I had 2 sandwiches so 450, and then 2 pieces of birthday cake :( so like 600 there, and then calamari for supper about 800, and drunken pizza at about 4 am another 600
Like 2450ish

Yesterday I had bacon, eggs, pancakes = like 700, a popcorn and pop at the movies 600ish? and chinese food for supper like 1000

Today had 2 burger at BK on my way home 940 but just been snackin on grapes/bananas/apples since I got home so I dont think tonight will be too bad.
e/ having a couple of porkchops so 500, with the fruit id be around 1800 or so ill say lol, i dont think fruit has too many calories.

Gonna have to have a couple of really good days to mak up for the weekend

Had a steak, garlic toast, beans, salad, rice for supper - so at least 1200
And a Scooner of beer, 450 calories

If I didnt have the beer id have been set damnit!!

Today was good!! :)


450 for regular breakfast

Broccolli and penne in alfredo sauce for lunch 280

And 4 small chicken breast keboks with seasoning @ about 80 calories per so 320

3 apples 150 and a banana 70 = 220

250 mL of 1% milk 110


At 1380

Will probably have a 100 cal popcorn later

breakfast 450
lunch had some fettuccini and brocolli alfredo but no chicken today so only about 240
supper 2 porkchops 420

Im only at 1110 so far :D

Will probably snack on some fruits and veggies and maybe a popcorn or something but im not gonna go above 1500 :)

As per last night I ended up having a chocolate pudding instead of popcorn which was 130, so yesterdays total was 1510.

Supper had a sub from Subway, 600, lean meat, no fat sauces, no salt, and lots of veggies.

So far I am at 1340

Will probably make a couple porkchops later cause im drinking whiskey and diet Dr Pepper tonight :)

Yeah 1850 with said pork, but gonna get new stuff this weekend to make diversity easier,. Ill popst my grocery shopping tomorrow item for item.

Didnt have breakfast cause I slept in until like 2 lol I was so drunk.

Took my niece out shopping for a bday present for her, took ehr to mcdonalds and I had a small fry(220) and one of those tiny cheeseburgers(300)
And then for supper I had 2 home made BBQ burgers and 2 perogis, and 2 cupcakes :O Gonna go ahead and say like 1200-1400

Definitely couldve had done without the cupcakes but my niece decorated them and insisted I eat one, and it was delicious so I had another one lol


Im at my daily limit but im pretty hungry. Am gonna make a couple slices of toast and a couple eggs so its gonna put me at around 2000 today.

Sooo today was my cheat day, so yeah lol

Went to a brunch buffet, ill just say 2500. Pancakes and bacon and ham and eggs and fruit and fruit juices and roast chicken and macaroni salad, surprisingly I couldnt eat as much as I normally would have. I got full really quick to what im used to :O

supper I had 4 slices of toast and 2 eggs, 500

Had a snack, 2 puddings, a 100 cal popcorn, and a banana so 440ish

So 3440, was expecting a bad day but this wasnt too bad.

I did take my dog to the park for an hour and a half and clean up my house so it was at least an active day :)

OK so I bought groceries. Bought boneless skinless chicken breasts, pork roasts, pork chops and have them all in the freezer with different marinades I got from a girl at work (Kinda like Avon and shit but with food stuff). Diced a couple of the breasts and made home made chicken breast kebobs and theyre sitting in marinade.

Got carrots, apples, bananas, mini potatoes, garlic, cantaloupe, onion, red bell pepper.

4L of 1% milk and a dozen eggs.

Sandwich meat - sliced turkey breast, pepperoni, and sliced ham, with havardi and cheddar cheeses.

I Cant Believe Its Not Butter! margarine.

About 3-4 weeks worth of Smart Ones for lunches cause they were half price :)


This is a lot different than im used to lol, my meals used to all come from a box of some kind :O


As for my calories today:

450 for regular breakfast
250 for Smart Ones lunch
510 for the porkchops im making, 170 calories per 120 grams-ish, 360 grams-ish total
Gonna have 2 cups(500 mL) of milk - 220

Thats 1430, so for snacks tonight probably just some fruit and probably a bit more milk. I wont let myself go above 1800. I miss drinking milllllk :(

At my 1430 my plans went awry!

I had a beer at Boston Pizza becauase ive NEVER had a green beer on St Patricks day before. Oddly enough. So 400 cause it was a pint. Now cause I bought a mikki of whiskey im about to have 2 of my chicken kebobs so roughly 140, and drink 2 MGDs so 300.
