OK so I bought groceries. Bought boneless skinless chicken breasts, pork roasts, pork chops and have them all in the freezer with different marinades I got from a girl at work (Kinda like Avon and shit but with food stuff). Diced a couple of the breasts and made home made chicken breast kebobs and theyre sitting in marinade.
Got carrots, apples, bananas, mini potatoes, garlic, cantaloupe, onion, red bell pepper.
4L of 1% milk and a dozen eggs.
Sandwich meat - sliced turkey breast, pepperoni, and sliced ham, with havardi and cheddar cheeses.
I Cant Believe Its Not Butter! margarine.
About 3-4 weeks worth of Smart Ones for lunches cause they were half price
This is a lot different than im used to lol, my meals used to all come from a box of some kind
As for my calories today:
450 for regular breakfast
250 for Smart Ones lunch
510 for the porkchops im making, 170 calories per 120 grams-ish, 360 grams-ish total
Gonna have 2 cups(500 mL) of milk - 220
Thats 1430, so for snacks tonight probably just some fruit and probably a bit more milk. I wont let myself go above 1800. I miss drinking milllllk
