I have a BMR of about 3000 calories at my height/weight(BMI)
had 2 eggs for breakfast
a hungry man at lunch
and 4 pieces of toast with jelly for supper
Also had 2 coffees.
200 (100 per egg)
600 (I didnt eat the whole thing, 680 calories per tray)
450 (Toast @ 75 each slice, roughly 40 mL of jam @ 50 cal per 15 mL)
and 700 (350 each for the coffees seems about right)
Looks like 1950 calories.
But I feel like I ate nothing
Need to stay away from coffees I guess wow
Will be updating daily to keep myself honest. IF YOU DONT SEE ME UPDATE IT ANY DAY PM ME AND CALL ME A FAT PIECE OF SHIT PLS AND TY!!
