I have a BMR of about 3000 calories at my height/weight(BMI)

had 2 eggs for breakfast
a hungry man at lunch
and 4 pieces of toast with jelly for supper

Also had 2 coffees.

200 (100 per egg)
600 (I didnt eat the whole thing, 680 calories per tray)
450 (Toast @ 75 each slice, roughly 40 mL of jam @ 50 cal per 15 mL)

and 700 (350 each for the coffees seems about right)


Looks like 1950 calories.
But I feel like I ate nothing :(

Need to stay away from coffees I guess wow :O


Will be updating daily to keep myself honest. IF YOU DONT SEE ME UPDATE IT ANY DAY PM ME AND CALL ME A FAT PIECE OF SHIT PLS AND TY!!

I have discovered these frozen dinners called Smart Ones to replace my 600 calorie lunches with ones that are between 250-360 calories (Low sodium as well)
Hopefully they dont taste like plastic lol

300 calories

2 hot stuffs for lunch (I forgot my Smart Ones :@)
500 calories (250 each)

Making a pack of kraft dinner for supper
960 calories (Holy fuck I never wouldve guessed its this much!!)

And will probably drink a big ass glass of milk later cause im craving so bad, I normally drink like 4L a day.
440 calories


Daily total will be 2200 calories.

*sigh* I will be at my 1800 calorie daily goal if I dont drink any milk.... so we'll see.....

Lunch
Alfredo-Chicken-Broccoli Smart Ones
250 Calories

Supper
4 pieces of toast, 2 eggs, a little cheddar on the eggs and margarine on the toast
300 for toast, 200 for eggs, say 200 for cheddar and margarine to be on the high side
700

DAILY TOTAL
1564!!!

The weekend was a write off cause I was a drunken mess (Whiskey and water baby lol) and had a lot of sniffs so I have no idea what I did this weekend.
That said I found out I have an underactive thyroid so got a prescrition supplement to help out.

Breakfast, bacon and egg wrap
310 calories

Lunch, chicken lasagna
600 calories

Supper, Chicken bites
800 calories

Snacked on a couple of timbits at work and some pickles as well, so maybe another 90 calories there.

Which puts me at 1800! :)

2 Porkchops (110 cal per 100g, 380g)
=420

355 mL Dr Pepper
=140

450+290+420+140
=1300

Which means ill probably have a 100 cal popcorn and some milk later, put me up to 1800.

And then for supper I went to a friends place and went a little overboard :O

peas, mashed and gravy, BBQ pork tenderloin and onion, some home made chicken bacon ranch pastry, and a slice of raspberry pie

Im just gonna go ahead and say like 2000 on that one just because I dont know what home cooked food goes for in calories basically lol.

So today was not a good day @ 2600 :O
But it was good times with good friends and still well below my bmr - just not reaching my daily personal goal.

I didnt eat lunch, but did have a couple of chocolate loonies and one piece off a kitkat bar, so id say like:
100?

2 porkchops, marinated
500 calories

So far im at 1050 today but I might have some milk and a 100 cal popcorn later, undecided

So yeah ended up with 2 beers so 300 and a couple of pizza pockets so 230 each = 460
