Unless you're a vegetarian and you get plenty of B12 in your diet naturally. Or you eat nutritional yeast, which contains B12.
And if you really need protein that fast, grab some seitan. ezpz.
You eat meat because you want to, not because of nutrition. Stop pretending that there's something inherently unhealthy about veggie/vegan diets.
What is the "unless" targeted at? I don't catch your meaning.
I just looked into seitan, less protein and less taste, fuck?
I eat meat because I enjoy it and it fits into my lifestyle (as defined by nutrition). I also enjoy donuts and cake, but I do not eat them on any kind of regular basis. Why? Because they're shit terrible for you.
Vegan / veggie diets are not inherently unhealthy, and if done right they can be far healthier than the average "American" diet. But I'll say again, the ideal diet for a human is an omnivorous one.
