At 35 years old my knee is just not recovering as fast as I wanted it to after surgery. I’m mobile but by mid work week(like today) the aching pain is just a lot. I feel 80 years old right now.

I soak it. I take my meds. Daily vitamins. Rest it when at home. But my recovery is just a hard one. Doctor said 6 months for full recovery but he cleared me to go back to work. Wonder if my doctor had no clue how much physical work walking/standing my job takes and miscalculated how soon I should have returned.

Consider yourself still doing rehab. You are big man, you need to develop strength in certain muscles again.

Sorry to hear that, however I am not surprised. Really tall guys usually experience joint pains, back pains..etc. They also experience them much sooner than people of average height.

Remove all the sugar, processed oils and processed meats from your diet. Your body is dealing with a lot of inflammation and all that stuff creates more inflammation.

I would if he told me to. If I don’t have that doctor’s note though I won’t get paid. I got babies to feed.



Yeah. I have lost weight though. Im only 15 lbs over the recommended weight for my size where I was 50 lbs over. But 35 years of just being me definitely screwed my body up more than I thought it seems.



This is very true. My knee was actually an injury though not wear and tear(yet) my other knee is great. Very little cartilage lost and stuff.

Get another doctor paper that says browsing jsp is recommended over working for 6 months.

Don’t not use it. Let it heal as you push yourself. Not to any limits by any means, but don’t let it heal while not using it. Yah digs?
