That's still far away from "my 600 lbs" morbid obesity but on a tall frame, even a little bit of extra weight can be detrimental to the joints and cartilage.
Good job on losing a bit of it already though. And if you're very muscular the BMI range isn't as accurate and more of a rough estimate.
I’m at about 290 at 6’11 with a very low body fat %(id have to look at my paperwork) but I went from having a beer belly to a 4 pack when I flex lol. Silly to most but I’m proud of myself.
EDIT: I should add my legs and arms are very thick but I don’t think I can lose weight in them.
