No but on topic I competed Vs Mitchell Hooper back when he was natty and doing powerlifting

Oh really? That's pretty cool. He's had a hell of a 2022 year in strongman. Really well spoken and smart athlete. I've been following him for a bit.

The community that could have been..

There was Xanny14 who lifts more than all of us, shredded as fuck - we still need to work on a gopoptartfund.me for him

CMBurns wins with the tats we all wish we had, those forearms and lifts are meh, maybe that's in reverse? NGL those DBZ tats were fire tho no hate

Raynor taught us how easily we can grow, however scientifically, we joined JSP so chances are well... yeah....

I personally learned I create the best home gyms, hands down, and enjoy looking at them daily.. Went from 3+ plates to 2- plates on Squat/Bench/Deadlift feelsbadman

Bro my forearms are my pride and joy. They look like prehistoric cartoon drumsticks.

Ayy it’s the chair guy from donor forum. Personal gym in living room next to kitchen? Looks like me but with my pot plants 😂

LLOL

Used to have a table in the living room, and yes now it's just a rack...

Love my Rogue plates though, spent a pretty penny on those.

Saw that.

Trey really needs to up his grip game. That frame carry was really sad to see. He's getting so good at everything else.

Mateus second because of a bad deadlift. At 29, I don't know if he's got enough time left in his pro career to catch up to the big guys on DL. At least not without dedicated coaching by someone who knows what they're doing. Thankfully, a winning DL this year wasn't even over 1k. So he's not losing as many points as he normally would. Wide Pavlo fucked up hard and it gave more points to Mateus.

My exact thoughts

Im only about 2 weeks in. My physio has me doing

*Supine hamstring stretch
*Prayer stretch
*Hip flexor stretch
*Trigger point on glutes with lacrosse ball
* Seated glute stretch
* Jeffeson Curl

Then I throw in some more lower back / hip butterfly with weight stuff

I don’t like not being good at things instantly so this is a struggle for me but I am seeing results

I have a similar routine for the lower back, hips and groin, I figured rather than ignoring my upper back and shoulders which naturally has gone to shit from all the benching that i'd take some time to try to fix that as well, particular emphasis on the infraspinatus.

Well see how March goes. 7 days in and I'm already finding it hard to not go in and lift. Just cardio and physio.
