What you are talking about is about war, which is political.

Well from my knowledge of playing civilization 2, when or if you finally are forced into a war, you send all the obsolete stuff in first so you free up more production and support capacity for more modern units. Or you can just scrap the old, but it depends on the enemy, if they are somewhat outdated, the obsolete stuff can put a dent in their defenses. And also provides intel information, you get some information of how strong their defenses are.

So it wouldn't susprise me if russia is producing newer and more modern stuff asap... like 80% of their factories are churning 24/7 .... insanity. How many people couldn't they help instead... look at their farmlands, if they focused on building and supporting their population instead of suppressing and being criminals, they could actually surpass china and the us in time. Not as a way of dominating but simply to better the world.

But no, let's turn the world into a hellhole instead. Lol imagine if they start using nuclear bombs. Then it's over and out. I looked at a map showing how big an area their biggest nuclear bomb can hit - if they drop one over Oslo, i will die too, because it's blast radius will hit me here even in the far south east, 80 miles away. And that's just the main blast area. Sick sh1t.
