No. Just put it in regular base so you can use it on anything. Non eth. Eth doesn't make any difference.

I tried a bit, good luck ever finding one, no one keeps them. The only thing that'd matter is +frenzy, prob? I ended up just using a tiara so I could throw it on a fire sorc later or something.
