How are the new dodge/avoid/evade? We used to never put one point in them because you could be stuck without being able to attack.

Java has the most offensive power. With dodge/avoid/evade being good now she is also very hard to kill. Now only lacks sorc's 200fcr tele speed

I will try to add a small brainstorming that might be interesting:

Ik gloves/boots.

What I like of that pair is that IK boots have 40%FRW and they let you achieve 9fpa with titan while using treachery and cat/hlord (90ias total).

The trade off compared to a thunder set up is -2skills of random 2/20gloves, -5 maek of silkwave, -15 lighting resist vs +50%FRW and titan braindead rep/increased size.

I would skip cats eye even at p1 considering how hlord helps both dps (+1 skiller) and counter act sunder -res, but that just me.

Prob not the best set up for p8 but, at least for p1, extra +50%frw IMO is a killer trade off before you can buy HRs to set up the merc and you are stuck with an insight/prayer a2 Emilio that, at least, it's gonna mitigate the -5maek of silkwave vs this "IK" java set up.

As far as shields go I Think top 3 in budget set up (no eni) are lidless for mana sustain, moser for dps/ res balance and the old plain 4os monarch for pure DPS.

I went off topic with the last build but it's just to show how Java is one of the strongest pvm chars around and, IMO, the most custom on low budget, I might main her at s3 for a change

Isnt hustle more viable then treachery? Considering it can be a pain for it to proc fade on defensive characters?

With frw from hustle i started thinking about going kiras facet + headhunters 3xfacet. It frees the raven slot, so we can go 2xbk3. Or should I go with valk facet + spirit?

On a budget, would you griff is the single most important piece after getting the budget setup?
