I have a circlet with 30%edamage
I have a 20%ed 9 max jewel. This will bug ? , or has this ben fixed?

Let me clarify. The circlet roled with 30%ed and 1 socket. And I have a 20%ed 9max jewel I would like to put in it. Will it be a bad idea ?

No it shouldn't bug. My understanding is that affixes on the item aren't affected by it.

If it was bugged this would only enhance min damage? Correct?
