Maybe my experience is anecdotal but I’ve used this site for a long time and it has been an issue since 08

Here’s a solution that will fix the problem: Throw them directly in jail.

this seems like an obvious good solution. I'm surprised more people aren't in favor of this, a big chunk of them probably either just don't like change, or want to be able to keep early bumping.

Early bumps must be stopped. We need early bump police.
