No difference which charms with str? Heal or fire? ^^ and what's about weapons Axe? Hammer?

There are many ways to play the Barbarian, this goes for all characters... the benefit of playing this Class... Retribution and Knockdown Abilities. Retribution relies on being hit (taking damage) and Knockdown relies on your actions (1 sec delay or 1.8 sec delay based on normal weapon vs heavy weapon).

Normal game play stats;

EE weapon (damage)
EE armor (defense from damage)
Stat charm [main slot] (increasing weapon damage)
EE healing charm in Acc Slot (helps to heal oneself, but since in the Acc slot, only the EE% is accounted for and the negative 25% penalty of EE and mana cost)

Above is normal... you can go differently and use +Stat armor for more damage, and you could also add more stat points to Intelligence for more mana pool and use +12x%+ healing charms and use Salvation ability with Retribution.

It is all up to you... but I will say to purchase your END gear based on your playstyle first, and then buy cheap alternatives from the MP before posting your ISO in a trade thread.

none for charms for a barb anyway.

Two things to note with weapons,
If it has "heavy weapon" then it'll attack at nearly half the speed, but depending on the ee will usually have more damage, so a warhammer would be slow
In terms of weapon it doesnt matter a great deal, all 3 work.
Axe has more consistent damage
sword/club have big ranges in damage
