i think he was making fun of you for such a huge caloric deficit

Yeah I realized it wasn't possible when I did the math it's actually around 1900 to drop down to 160.

So I realized I'm not going to see shredded results unless I run twice a day.. 16 years ago I ran 2 times a day once at night and another in the morning. I seen amazing results first time I seen a 4 pack. So I will try to continue to do that. Also I realized I'm not curling 50lbs with good form so I dropped down to 22lb dumb bells to work on my curling form and progess back up to 40 with great form. 👍 I did HIIT this morning along with some maintenence push ups, curls, squats, and sit-ups. I am going slowly into this routine. I started breaking myself in slowly and plan to build up this week to 2 or 3 workouts per week. We will see. Running around at 200lbs is not exactly easy.

That does seem like a more sustainable approach! Keep it up!

it's all about calories when it comes to losing or gaining weight. That simple, but harder to do.

Also does anyone know if you work your muscles to failure kind of what i did with the dumb bells it got to a point i couldn't curl them because of lactic build up. I would go back to hammer curl them upwards and let them fall while I hold on against resistance in i believe an eccentric movement. I am still sore as of today. Is this a good idea to keep doing for muscle growth or will this damage my arms?
