Can't seem to drop down below 160..
Most of my weight is in my quads chest and stomach
How do I get to 150 I need to lose 48 lbs.. idk what is fat and muscle,
Do you think running everyday will get me there?
My biggest problem is I like to eat. :(

I mean the short answer is caloric deficit, but the long answer is a lot more.

Why 150? Just assuming you're average, your body fat is probably between 21-25%. That means you'd be lean around 150, like next to no bodyfat lean.

The reason why it's hard to get below 160 is because your body literally doesn't want to get below 160. To get exotic levels of leanness, it takes a long time and a lot of proper dieting.

E: You're the one talking about bigger forearms? Dude, if you want to get bigger, than focus on lifting around/slightly above maintenance. If you want to get lean, do that.

It is hard to guide you without knowing what you are doing with your diet and training currently.

If your goal is weight loss, then you'll need to work your heart rate correctly. Its not about running or putting yourself through hell, you lose most fat not doing that actually.

For example, you could do cycles of running and walking with the goal of keeping your heart rate in zone 2,3 and touching 4 a little. One routine is 8 minutes of interval 1 min jog, 1 min walk. After the 8 minutes, then do a pull or push machine during rest. Its not really full rest, but your heart rate should settle down to zone 2 before you get back on run/walk.

Repeat above until you've done 4 cycles of run/walk and 4 cycles of machine lift. This can easily be done in an hour gym session.

Heart rate understanding and targeting during exercise is the key to faster fat loss. You can run zone 4/5, but you burn less fat and tire out quick and hate life.

This worked wonders for me, and has helped keep me lean even years later when I barely lift.
