Kyrie is the better pure basketballer though, and it’s not close.

Idk about that? Lillard has not only had better seasons statistically but he's a much better teammate and leader.

The only thing Kyrie has on him is winning a ring riding LeBrons coat tail.

Numerous rival teams have claimed that now-free-agent P.J. Tucker will sign with the Philadelphia 76ers over the Miami Heat on a three-year deal, according to NBA insider Marc Stein.

Here is a snippet Stein reported Sunday (subscription required):

Numerous rival teams, meanwhile, say with even more conviction now than they did last week — when I first reported on Wednesday — that they expect P.J. Tucker to land in Philadelphia on a three-year $30 million deal in free agency.

lol'd not bad

I think any contending team would like him. I'm not sure about 3 full years guaranteed considering that'll bring him to 40 years old, but he's the type of hard nosed veteran this team needs and he doesn't require a lot of touches to make an impact which is what we need. Plenty of scoring already with Embiid, Harden, Maxey, and Tobias....so Tucker could do the dirty work.

Stein is convinced the Sixers are signing Tucker to that 3 year $30M deal. They don't have the cap space, so this means Morey has more deals in the works. I'm pretty sure he's looking to move Tobias, but whether or not they get a deal that actually makes them better in return is the question.

ESPN Sources: Outside of the Lakers, there are currently no known teams planning pursuit of sign-and-trades for Nets G Kyrie Irving. No sign-and-trades can be formally discussed until after 6 PM on Thursday. Brooklyn isn't believed to have interest in available Lakers packages.

If Irving declines his $36M player option, he would be eligible to sign with the Lakers for the $6M exception. Deadline is Wednesday to decide on option.
