Forum gold specifically was tested and isn't bannable based on ToS, but at the end of the day they could redo ToS or ban you for anything they want, but according to ToS wording fg is fine.

Blizzard will never deal with bottling. They have the technology and ability to do so. But why the fuck would they bother when it’s far more profitable to let them bot? Too much indirect and direct profit to be made. Welcome to late stage capitalism.
