No, it took blizzard 9 months to ban an open source maphack program.
Also hear chatter of a public subscription bot getting banned, but private scripts are still running.

only had to wait till ber runes are couple hundred fg each before they did the ban wave

oh really? yeah that sounds about right.. same thing used to happen on D2 LoD when they tried running Warden it would ban legit users so they just never really used it
