Thanks, always thought they were since they are pretty tough compared to some of the Evil Presences around.

If I remember correctly, you won't be able to solo this objective. EDIT: Shamans.

Correct, must be 3 or more players in a game to be able to spawn them.

Hey Nic, I thought they used to be normal mobs but then Paul updated them and now they’re EPs? I thought they don’t drop whites anymore since then… I’m not that active rn so maybe it got changed again lol

Four Corners don't give you an EP notice when you hit a corner, but they are EPs I believe.



I can confirm that four corner monsters are 2 x 3 times stronger than your typical ep’s…..drop rate is about the same. But the convenience is that they can always be found in the corners.

Correct, my statement is that there are NO implications (e.g. A horde of ... etc) was implied, just like trying to complete "Pinch of Evil" (we know that you have to have a MINIMUM of 3 Evil Presence spawn), but, you do NOT know if it was a quest like SHAMANS which will give you notice (and ARE NOT evil presence).

View your logs to contradict what I have stated... only some objectives can be noticeable from the text provided and others are NOT.

No argument there, 4 corners will not leave a message when you land on the corner, you just get a super difficult ep. Same goes for treasure pest (which looks like a treasure chest that wants to eat you instead of reward you), sneaky (which also doesn’t leave a text but when you keep attacking it for 0 damage then you realize you are dealing with sneaky), etc…..etc…..

Shamans still drop whites.

Paul’s fix for people farming shamans for high level whites was to de spawn them at 46

Ahh okay thanks Slushie! It's been a minute since I've done shaman so I probably misremembered.
