Hopefully we will kill ourselve soon enough before the thermal death of the universe. Imagine that, so depressing.

how are people still amused of the obviously computer generated images???

its infrared, that doesnt even make an image like this at all..

its artist renderings

big fucking whoop

They actually just do a very basic conversion to the visible range, like by dividing the wavelength by a scale factor, and then generate the image. Not that complicated.

cool so what your saying is they infer / reference data and create a whole different image

thats cool, its just fake images once more: nothing but wet dreams and you think you're smart for viewing them

btw you dont just "do some math" its clearly ARTIST RENDERING :rofl: dont get it twisted

Nope, they just do a simple mathematical transformation on the data, which is something everybody has to do after collecting data anyway to make the data useful. There is no artists involved. You can actually see a ton of artificts in the images that are a direct result of the hexagonal arrangement of the collecting mirrors.

doing math doesnt create these images,

an artist created the images in correspondence to the math/program so anyone can make these fake images with inserted data. doesnt mean its any more real. its artist work. Buster.

Doing math absolutely does create these images :) All images on computers are math.

So instead of

Data -> Images

You think they went

Data -> Artist -> Images

but there's literally no reason to imsert the artist to make images based on data. You can just create the images. It's massively simpler to just cut out the artist.
