I traded Shako for 200fg 6 days ago. The guy sent the FG to the mediator. Unfortunately, after the trade guy didn't confirm the deal was done to the mediator.
Now the gold is stuck in the mediation process, and therefore I cannot request the mediator in other trades as it looks like you can only have 1 active.

Is there any way how to get the gold?

I have tried to PM the guy, even chase him in-game, but no luck. The mediator was very friendly&professional but stated he couldn't help me without confirmation from the other guy.

I noticed the other user hasn’t been online in 4 days, I recommend reaching out to the mediator again and see if they can release the mediation while holding on to the fg until confirmation is received. That way you can still request a mediation for your future trades.



No need to provide screenshots :) I can see the trade topic and this doesn’t appear to be a scam, this is due to user error on the other user not confirming he received the shako.

Also wanted to apologize that you experienced this your first week at jsp. This does not happen often but with a big influx of users, people usually forget to do simple things like confirm they received an item.

He went offline and then back online after the trade so he had a chance to read messages from me. But I understand that user error can happen :) By the way, is there any time limit for his confirmation, or is the hold indefinite until he confirms the trade?

P.S. I have noticed you can get verified as a trade in the profile. Could you please let me know how that works/what are the rules to obtain that?

Hi Izualeom - First of I am sorry to hear this is your first experience with a mediator, but happy to hear the experience with the mediator in question have been friendly and professional.

Unfortunately we can't release the Forum Gold in a mediation until both parties have confirmed the trade, and usually we receive this within minutes after it's completed in-game. The waiting time here is far too long which is why I've advised the mediator to reach out to a Senior Moderator on how to approach this situation. Hopefully you will have this sorted out quickly, so that you can get your Forum Gold and move on with trades in your topic.
