WW and Offhand IAS don't matter. You'll only get 5fps with 50 WIAS

https://d2.maxroll.gg/resources/attack-speed

Edit: you need 15 off hand IAS with lvl 1 wolf.
And below 50 WIAS you're always at just 6 frames per attack

That’s for LoD. Maxroll are noobs.

I like the concept.
not the first time I've heard of stormlash fury druid, but interesting to revisit given what we know in d2r.

I do wonder if this "feature" will stick, or if it's going to get patched in the same way that cold mastery was "fixed" back to normal.

Lvl 18 nadoes casted by stormalash will with theese syntenergies deal: 1491-1619 damage.

I wonder if that damage really is worth all these skill points.

That plus the normal fury damage will be pretty decent. I am playing windy right now in hell with ~3k and it kills very fast, and even half would still kill a lot of stuff.

More than one person has, in that thread. You can also go try it out yourself if you have some different gear options available for your wolf.

Wtf. So a lvl 49 pvp fury can now achieve 4fps attacks?
I know what I'm going to make as my next char

Why? The cap was bad. Makes IAS investment useless in many cases.
It's not like you can make some 1FPA chars anyways.

It's 1 or 2 frames better than LOD.
And 2 frames only with heavy investment.

Also I don't this this is an easy fix.

More people are on it, there's a post on the diablo 2 sub about a rabies druid player who has apparently figured out by himself that the cap is gone.

I wonder now if weapons other than eTomb become best for PvM Fury druids. eTomb can now hiw 4/6 but I'm sure other, higher damage weapons can also hit it with enough IAS investment.

Edit:

Also, can someone show me the necessary math to arrive at new breakpoints? If I'm going to be trying out new weapons for Fury I'd like to know what I am doing. I'm used to just using the d2 ias calc which of course still assumes the old speed limits.
