Im sorry, i'm really noob on classic...

is it really that's good?

it has 2 highly desired prefixes and they're very high rolls

Mart is the most preferred weapon for classic because the speed on WW auto-caps, so slow is best (for the most part) and 200ED is perfect for a rare. So anything north of 190 is quite rare.

it could of course be better, but yes this is quite good.

i just have no clue... i know that 40% ress is max on rare, and tripe res is good... but it's not topic for this discussion, i would really need one (such topic) tho....
