If i am paying 40euro for a product. I expect it works %100.
And i have every right to swear and curse whoever i want. You cannot stop me from doing it.

Blizzard is not a charity. They sell product. There will be obvious backleash if product is bad/not working

It doesn't matter how hard their jobs may be... If blizzard is selling a product, it needs to work... End of story.

I work for a living at a job where I cannot make any mistakes, and if I do... Even the slightest, I get shit for it. All of the criticism blizzard is getting right now is WELL deserved.

We'r not blaming the developers

We'r blaming the stakeholders who wanted this game released in Q4 no matter what.
Therefore the developers delivered in Q4...a shit game. But hey, it's out there in Q4. Let's check the numbers. Yeah, they are high. In their mind this is "a great success <shake hands now>"

We've been in this situation many times. And we delivered. Shit apps.

I think expecting 99% uptime is reasonable (1-2 hours per week of SCHEDULED maintenance some time during the night).
Right now we are getting <90% with unscheduled outages. During prime time the availability drops <50%.

Also being upset at a company is different than insulting individual employees.

I agree it's really bad, but it's also the weekend and that means band aids. Better fixes are never put in during a weekend.
