I think many of you dont know how difficult it is to get an online application to work for millions of people.
I work in IT and all I can say is it is difficult. Insulting does not support.

We should be happy to have this game (we all obviously love the new D2) and we should be thankful that people are trying to make it work for us.
We did not pay for a 100% functioning game. We paid for people who rip their asses open to make it keep workig for many more hours to come.

I agree with the sentiment of not insulting people working for blizz, but we actually did.

Its the fourth time in not even 48 hours. Thats really bad.

And this is one of the biggest gaming companys. We really should have some sort of expectations not just gratitude.

Don't know about you but I paid for a product and per consumer rights, I should have a product delivered as described.

This is not a beta, that was a thing for months. Constant crashes (for me every 30 min) and server downtime are not the norm. Blizzard has decades of experience and they need to step it up. Cant have server downs ever few hours.

over 2 weeks of time and servers are still so shit. this is not a good thing....

If we assume that the servers are going down to rollback and/or combat hacks and bots, then I'm fine with losing game time. Yeah, it sucks, but a broken economy sucks even more.
