POE getting pretty stale

Friend and I are gonna make new chars and see what happens essentially playing as two solo self found/iron men

Any tips to make starting again more enjoyable?

Should we make chars in the season and jump right into campaign?

This forum is more fun than D3 that's why.

The game was heralded as the ultimate ARPG, they lured players with features that never made it into the game and as we all found out the game sucks balls, no trade / no pvp / shit itemization / etc etc

Blizztards got what they deserved, if only I could have seen their faces after most players quit the game.

D3 is dead more than even d2.

Buncha negative nancies

Friend and I are taking a break from POE and having a blast building chars on diablo 3. Progression is clear and you can feel it, instead of getting insta 1 hit and scratching my head I can actually feel the difficulty increase as GR increases. Love the fact that I can find my own upgrades instead of grinding 15 hours for exalt to buy a HH in POE. Love that I can customize my skills so easily and paragon points and passives. And love the gambling aspect with blood shards and primal/ancients.

Hate the game all you want, but for someone looking for a game that is enjoyable for a casual player I think this is pretty damn solid. For POE to play anything like this, you legit need to commit 12 hours a day and treat it like a full time job in terms of efficiency

Exactly. D3 is for lazy people sitting on the couch with a controller in their hands switching skills on the fly and easy progression. You enjoy that, fine. The point is that this doesn't feel like a diablo game for a lot of fans, longtime D1 and D2 fans are pretty hardcore and simply don't care for a game like D3 which was created for the console playing masses.

Skip d3 and just play d2r

season gets better drops and bonuses. its a lot easier to progress quickly. maxroll.gg has a bunch of sweet builds for season 24. GoD DH is super good, and WW barb just got a buff. you can also just look at the ladder in the game and see what builds are at the top of the Grift board. Goodluck!
