d3 is fun ppl just hating ---trying solo grift and climb ladder ist pretty cool

and starting fresh gearing up is also fun

just do season journey, after you go rifts than grifts

the game is bad for many ppl cuz the peak for getting new things is quickly reached...
and endcontent is limited to endless grinding or solo grifts

While you make a good point, I struggle to reconcile this with the fact that some D2 fans strongly believe bots are necessary for the game. D2 with an inflated economy and high-runes available to every player is exactly this: easy progression.

Anyway, by resurrecting D2 (and hopefully keeping it somewhat bot-free), Blizzard has given us what we want: D2R for the hardcore farmers, D3 for the more casual gamers.

I don't have a problem with that.

I've never touched a bot or any other cheat, I've played D2 since the demo.

I hope the do a better job of keeping D2R bot free, I'm looking forward to the first mayor ban wave xD

Friend and I are taking a break from POE and having a blast building chars on diablo 3. Progression is clear and you can feel it, instead of getting insta 1 hit and scratching my head I can actually feel the difficulty increase as GR increases. This, I will be playing tonight when the season resets, the last time I played I was literally able to buy all my items with real money, hope its a better game now. I played d2r and realized i just want to smash stuff for like an hour a day I am not a purist I just want a little hobby, D2R was fun for a while but got old quick and as soon as they removed the IAS "bug" I dropped it, it made the game better and switched things up, now its back to diablo 2:lord of hammerdins and blizz sorcs. Reading your post makes me feel good that d3 is what I am looking for, thank you for your optimism and positive outlook, there are tards all over this forum who literally find a thread of somebody talking about a game like "is diablo 3 dead? or somethhing like that and 20 people come and shit on you. 2021's = 1776's. ;) (thats a good thing)

agreed. imagine if they put something playable together for d4 where they mix both communities.

who am I kidding its blizzard, they weren't even invited to the game awards. the games suck because of the bad work environment I bet, people just want to put in their hours and gtfo, if all the alleged shit is true.
