i know exactly who it is and how they are doing it if anyone cares?

I do not think that it's preventable. If you are in a pub game anyone can do this. And, if it effects an entire BattleNet ip, well, then that sux.
Good case scenario is that if enough peeps keep doing this that Blizzard may patch it and they may disable the cdkeys and accounts associated with this exploit.
Bad case scenario is that it will become a feature of the game. We just have to adapt.
Benign case scenario, when unable to play games, we exercise and spend more time with our girlfriends/boyfriends. :hug:

all you have to to is upgrade 08 boots and it will crash game

also the only preventative measures you can take is if it looks like the game has frozen up then LEAVE game immediately before you get disconnected, because if it disconnects you will be temp banned on that character
