None obviously. I don't invest in penny stocks since I deem the mass majority to be trash and while I may be investing with 7 figures, I certainly wouldn't be jamming it into one stock worth 1-2 bucks.

It is a penny stock. It's a company with a significant deficit, little to no working capital and a tiny market cap.

An investor looks at the underlying security not just a dividend.

Also can you link me to the Dividend declaration for TPTW just out of curiosity since its a company with zero retained earnings afterall. Should be interesting to see how they're paying a dividend.

Oh I know I already saw that. I just wanted you to fully acknowledge the dumpster fire. Nothing like more worthless shares and people touting that it's "value" and that's what a seven figure investor would look for.

it's almost like companies don't suddenly start out making 9 figure revenues with no liabilities and the ability to pay RE dividends. who knew?

They have been around since 1988 based on the prospectus I read earlier and they have White Lion trying to underwrite 75,000,000 new shares to attempt to raise 5 million dollars and given the recent price in the market it sure looks like they wont raise that 5 million.

So established over 30 years ago with nothing but a big deficit to show for it. Quality.

Id say that need that 5 million pretty badly based on their last quarterly filing.

already have an investor willing to spend up to $100 million. when the contract with Iraq and India gain more traction I have no doubts that the PP's will reflect that
