Basic Competition Mechanics and Rules- Only OldSchool RuneScape accounts are able to participate.
- The Skill Comp will be decided upon exp gained, not levels.
- Weeks ending on 3 will be Slayer and weeks ending on 8 will be Overall Experience.
- Minimum of 100k exp is required before being eligible for a prize for Old School competitions.
- The 1st place winner of the week will be able to pick the next weeks skill. With the exception:
• Slayer and Overall weeks are automatically chosen, therefore the winners of the weeks ending in 2 and 7 will not be able to choose next weeks skill.
• If you are in first, second, or third place towards the end of the skill comp (less than 24 hours remaining), post what the next skill would be the following week if you were to win (in the CURRENT weeks skill comp thread). If the 1st place winner does not post by the new weeks start, the 2nd place person's decision will be the following skill, etc.
• If non of the top 3 winners post by the new weeks start, the new weeks skill will be randomly chosen.
- Skills chosen have a 12 week cool down before they can be picked again
- All skills are possible to be picked except for Hitpoints and Slayer
- RuneScape hiscores are P2P only, therefore your account must be P2P to participate.
- If you get caught Macroing, you will be immediately banned from the Skill Competitions permanently.
- Locked/Scammer users cannot participate.
- If a name change occurs, the new name must be posted in the sign up topic, if not done, you will be DQ'd
- Two accounts may be added to the competition, the account with the highest experience gained will be counted towards the Skill Comp. (you cannot win two prizes in one week)

Champion of the Month:For every competition that a user wins in a row, he/she will receive a 50fg boost in the prize. This boost is not cumulative.
If a person is champion for at least 4 times in a row, in a single calandar month [not over two], that user becomes Skill champion of the month, and receives a 250 forum gold prize.
If no one gets champion the prize will remain unclaimed.
There will be no bonus events for skill comp champions
