Eat alot of carbs befor gym and after gym eat clean protein/Sugar like Banana/scoop protein or rice/chicken and if you Want to be less sore on your muscle eat alot of green vegetable, also Do not exceed 1hours musculation per muscle naturally ur muscle cant progress over 1hours of weight training 😏 stay sexy!!

My advice. Do not waste a single dime on supplements.

Squat
Deadlift
Bench
OHP
Rows
Weight Chin ups and Pull ups
Dips if your shoulders are not roughed up from other things in life.

That is it. You will accumulate mass by just exposing yourself to those movements. You're obviously not going to accumulate by sitting in some caloric deficit starving yourself. Its all very common sense that people make out to be this complex thing.

Yeah, no.

Once the significant liner progression stops you simply take more of a periodization approach and start approaching things in 4 week blocks. Simple variables like volume, intensity, speed and doing fairly specific additional work like deficit deadlifts or close grip bench (all depending on weak areas) is all you need.

I figured as much but you never know. When someone is new like OP the first things that come up when you start looking into things is mens health artices, Tnation, Bodybuilding.com and those places actually preach some of the dumbest shit.

its because their articles are tied to their marketing products so its not just advice its trying to implant the idea that you need to buy something

Have you ever considered martial arts? Not only will you lose weight (as long as your diet is good) and become stronger but youll also improve flexibility all the while learning a useful skillset. Wins all around.

If you still arent satisfied then possibly include 1 full body weightlifting routine per week.
