Apparently that was the plan. The whole Knightmare plot was basically Darkseid winning and using the Anti Life Equation to control Super Man.

I'll be surprised if they make more but it would be cool to see the trilogy pan out.

I saw a summary of the plan for that and honestly it sounded really bad. Lois cheating with Bruce level bad.

It is out of character but with the right direction it definitely could have worked. Especially with how Snyder planned to have Darkseid kill pregnant Lois with Bruce watching.

I love Affleck as Bruce and wish it would have happened.

Deathstroke immediately believing Lex about Bruce is the most idiotic writing in the movie.

Like as far as their companies go, Bruce is the biggest competitor of Lex, it would be perfectly reasonable to assume Lex is lying to get rid of the head of Wayne Enterprises. He should have had a picture or something, maybe instead of saying Bruce Wayne he throws a file of evidence on the table and the audience sees Bruce's picture. Literally anything other than "yeah my biggest competitor is totally the guy you have a death grudge against" "oh cool, thanks bro, I totally believe you, not sus at all."
