I'm serious about the nurse story not the bleach lol

Then I'd say just listen to her doctor, make sure he appreciates the side effects she already had and that she already had a positive test, and go from there. Get a second opinion if she's concerned.

Buy security I think will go up or stay flat.

Sell a call that's out of the money. If it goes up above strike, roll the call over to a further date at a higher strike to break even or for a credit. If it stays the same or doesn't increase above strike by expiration pocket the premium. Repeat for more money. Can also be done with cash secured puts.

Basically just pick safe stocks and run the wheel.

That is interesting, I will have to look more into that. Just dipping my toe in the option game these past few months.

One strategy I've done well with (in between my losses that I'm chalking up to learning) is to buy a volatile stock, plan to hold it, wait for a price rise and sell a call, buy back the call when price dips. Wash rinse repeat.

Nice, a lot of this option stuff still goes over my head. Haven't done much homework behind buying calls for longer term outlook haha.

The pinnacle of my mountain stops at approx 2.5-2.8M inflation adjusted dollars. With income splitting I can significantly reduce the tax burden of the passive income generated off that lump sum of money invested.

There is almost a zero percent chance I or my spouse actually stop doing activities that generate a monetary return. But, the goal is to no longer give monetary consideration to what were doing. Maybe I work 6 months a year, maybe I become a director of finance for a small start up brewery for 30K a year and attempt to grow it for share compensation. Who knows. The goal is to hit our number in our mid 30s so ill have plenty of time in life to work on whatever I like.

Each year is already budgeted, and monthly I compare actual to budget to determine if we're on track. I am not guessing when ill hit my magic number, its planned based on current circumstances and mapped out. Should my current situation change I ill revise and re-project everything.

Tl;Dr. Don't care about your money.

Thumbs up for me if you think doctors in america are incompetent and should earn the minimum/should vaccinate themselves and shut up forever.

Goal: 100k salary before I hit 30. (Reached that this year at 28)
Next goal: 1m in earnings prior to hitting 40. Will most likely start a small business in the next 3-5 years and try to grow it from there.

Get about half a mill invested/saved at the moment. Plan is to use it for real estate.

Today I did something that's kind of a milestone.

I stuck to my plan and came out on top because of it lol

Instead of panic selling ZOM and putting it into PLTR, I held ZOM and bought more PLTR with recently settled deposits and came on top of where I would have been.

Gotta say not having a trading app on my phone makes it easier, and although WeBull is not as user friendly as RobinHood that means I can't execute any trade in 2 seconds and makes it easier to hold off.

Current Financial Status
Income - ~3x average household income in my area
401k - 80k and climbing, doing the max contribution allowed per year, not a big fan of 401ks but following conventional advice now.
Savings - enough to pay all insurance deposits + $2k cushion, can sell off investments if SHTF to cover extra costs.
Checking - enough to cover full monthly credit card expense.
Credit Card - at 20k limit ROFL, enough sky miles to go around globe twice now.
Stonks: 1.5k invested, going to put another 2k into the bucket.
Crypto: 1k invested, doing weekly buys of 100$ to either BTC or ETH.
Home: 40% paid off on 120k$ property, pandemic interest rate < 3%. My wife could cover the mortgage easily with minimum wage.
Assets: THOW ~ 40k
Other: 2x vehicle, 1x offshore cruiser boat, 1x trailable weekend boat
Debts: Just mortgage

2021 Goals
Home: Finish ~180 square footage in my house, install washer/dryer.
Vehicles: Improve 98' Forester, maintain 14' Impreza. Rebuild diesel engine on offshore boat.
Assets: Sell THOW
Crypto: Keep buying at least $100 weekly.
Stonks: Keep buying tech/battery/mining stocks.
Debts: Help wife clear her burdens.
