Actually... not drama... just reality to the game mechanics and drop quality and rate they drop.

If SC character dies and loses the items because the monsters scavenged their corpses... why NOT have it happen, we do it when we kill monsters and hope to find good items they drop when they have been killed!

What goes around, comes around. :D Difference with HC... they lose the character and all profs, with SC, they lose like X% prof... oh boo hoo, cry me a river. :P

I totally agree with the armor thing. Plates are the best ones. at higher level you get melted with mediums unless they are 200+ ee. As a healer on HC with all that people using crap gear, I know the pain to heal a group after lvl 80+ having a medium armored tank. Mediums were great when MQ was lvl 71.

You can rest assured when I say if I had to use gear like the axe we started this conversation off with, there is 0 chance Id ever click again ever. In fact being that its lvl 40 not lvl 45+ I might not even pick it up because its 20-30ee too low to be worth wasting even a single slot in my vault/mules to hold onto it because it wouldn't sell to anyone besides maybe rex.

I am NOT the ONLY one that would buy that item, so using me as a pretense to your reply is inconsequential when we ALL know that there will be a NEW player to Ladder Slasher, and that item even @ level 40 on HC with 8x ee, would sell because of how little items are on HC Core, now, as for SC, it maybe obsolete, but it would still sell to a New player.

If you chose to let it die and not pick it up, that is your prerogative, but you will never know what another person would buy when they don't have anything better aye?

I don’t grab items that in my experience will sit on a mule I bump for over a year without even an offer. That’s some hoarder mentality

Your interpretation to "hoarder mentality" has evolved since the changes to the game made it easier to find items presently, however, you know for a fact that when you started and many others would have bought that item for more than you perceive the value of it today.

Now deny my post and show me how much you paid for items when YOU first started playing LS? It isn't hard, you just need to go back in your Gold logs.
