Yup, for Focus Healing charm... more of a Sexy find with how there are few DECENT and ABOVE healing charms available even it is level 40 ... I use a 12x% EE level 25 Reg heal to MQ on HC... this would be a great advantage for Melee / Heal Solo builds and / or Group Healer.
