What type charm should I be using for secondary on a fighter? EE Healing? My main charm is 19dex. Thanks for the info! 👍

seeing that you have only 10 intel on a fighter i would argue to not even use the acc charm.
the only charm which has any use would be EE healing, but with the 10 intel it's extremely underwhelming. Better off saving your fg for better armors so you don't need to heal.

also as a fighter, you should be going strength, not dex.
