Got to Rank 1 muting with my bufcore character to test it out, the thing I noticed is to stick with Magical Tier I and gain the standard 6 prof points per essence you collect... I am assuming you trash the essences as you go, or you are skilling Suffucensing with fishing trash sardines to get that rank up on top of cooking fish. (something I would have done if I continued fishing / cooking on SC before deleting that character).

Basically 6 prof points per magical tier I when 0-1 Rank in transmuting... @ Rank 1 you will get less than 6 occasionally. I have not continued testing the prof point gain since Rank 1 though.

EDIT: roughly 20-30 seconds to mute Magical Tier I (for essence), I think if faster muting, less prof points like others noticed.

So basically useful essences (lets say magic tier III) can be done at lvl 10 proof then? At lvl 2 there is no chance to do magical tier II. No chance.

No. Magical t3 can be done at level 1 prof. Check the sheet again.

I did check. I see it can be done. I am saying in really IT CAN NOT be done .... you literally can not stabilize volatility. NO CHANCE.

i believe with rank 5-6 you can start thinking about to do t3 befor that you are better of do do t2 those can be atleast be sold


or atleast i buy t2 with 4+ stats from time to time

Tier III can be sold I guess, tier II not. And I assumed same, before 5 prof you can not transmute Tier III magical item. Just NO chance. With lvl 2 proof I can not do now tier II magical.

i even said i buy t2 so dunno why you said they cant be sold lol, and i am sure i am not the only one


its jsut that i ranked up, so i only car about "good" t2 essences, few month back i even bought t2 magic ones quite regulary

I was curious about this since it's been so long since I was rank 1, so I tested it out. I started stabilizing when the volatility reached halfway. After doing nothing but stabilizing for 3 (timed) minutes, I failed the mute. This is very different from my experience at rank 27 muting my max (mystical lvl 25)

Simply speaking, as your rank increases your Stabilize/Transmute speed increases ever so slightly. Early on, (less than rank 10), item tier's and rarities outpace your rank. Once you catch up to that threshold by gaining some ranks - any maximum you see on the chart you'll be able to do, it may take a long time and be inefficient - but it's possible.
