Self reported data is always suspect, but they arent the only ones involved in the studies. Real doctors are administering these things. When a field is really hot, like covid vaccines, then fraud is sussed out very quickly.

The fda is continually monitoring side effects and efficacy as it does with all vaccines, and they just pulled one for less than 1 in a million deaths after being vaccinated before they were confirmed to be because of the vaccine.

So yeah. Process is working. I think you stopped using your brain when you heard vaccine.
