99/95 bb set up is with 20fcr 3x15ias helm + bb + jav and you can save 1x slot ring for wisp (meatshield) or raven (cbf)

is why i edited ye, it's possible... i wouldn't ever advise it tho :P
(with javelins like being discussed that is, some physical/psn variant could do it)
