I've never talked to a girl with a pickup line.

In reality, all i ever do is say hi with a compliment or a question. You can start off asking work related questions and then start complimenting her after a few days imo.

if you're trying to pull at work and starting with anything other than a variation of hi, you are doing it wrong

It's the same as with tinder, you just comment on whatever you've been given. She dresses up nicely? Tell her you like her dress. You like the fact that she always has the same brand of coffee as you? Just notice it and start conversation.
Pickup lines like "Are you my homework, because I should definitely do you" are going to get your face slapped :P.

Polish girls love drinking. Just show up with a bottle of Finlandia and they'll come to you.
