you people are sick enough to fail reading the numerous times I clearly say the police botched the raid

I just think you aren't doing well at expressing your position. Your first response to us saying that the police plan was shit was to just blame and judge Breonna and her partner.

This thread is basically necroing a topic already discussed to death.

Walker is a piece of shit who shot at the police, and then used Breonna as a shield in the hallway. Yet he was legally allowed to defend himself. That's why he's not facing charges for shooting a cop.

Breonna's family got 12 million dollars + go fund me donations. It will never bring their daughter back, but this is the best they are going to get.

People want the cops head on a pike because Breonna is dead but I do not call that justice.

It's a horrifically messy and tragic situation. Many poor decisions were made by all parties. But mostly on the part of Taylor and Walker.

Surfpunk mentioned needing to use mental gymnastics - But convincing yourself the police knocked but didn't yell POLICE is a type of stupid that can't be fixed

You aren't hard to see through. You're shifting blame not only without evidence, but evidence to the contrary. You should try having convictions and just say it out loud.

Yes the person using evidence to come to conclusions it the crazy person. I just feel bad with whoever has to deal with you in real life.

All I hear you saying, essentially, is that you're fine with police having terrible plans that result in people getting shot and dying so long as they're less-than-desirable people.

I agree and have pointed out in previous discussions on the matter here

So this is a perfectly reasonable conclusion:

You're going to have to try harder to be glad this black girl is dead for no reason.

And in other related news, I didn't hear about this until after the story about the boyfriend being sued went live.

Quote
In August 2018, Brailsford was reinstated by the Mesa Police Department, staying for a further 42 days in what the department described as a "budget position". The department agreed to reimburse Brailsford for medical expenses related to posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Brailsford's lawyer has said that Brailsford suffered PTSD due to his shooting of Shaver and the resultant criminal trial. The reinstatement allowed Brailsford to apply for "accidental disability" suffered during the course of work. As a result, Brailsford was unanimously approved to be retired on medical grounds. Brailsford was also given a pension of $2,500 per month. The fact that Brailsford was ultimately medically retired instead of remaining fired was only revealed to the public in July 2019. According to a pay stub attached to Brailsford's bankruptcy file, he has been working for a steel company in Glendale, Arizona.

This was from the shooting where the cop gunned down the guy as he was crying and crawling on his knees in that hotel hallway.
