That's what it is, quite literally. Pelosi has been very clear that she will not negotiate. She will only allow covid relief if some $800 Billion is given away to blue states (with California as the by far highest single beneficiary) for non-covid matters.

Trump's the President of ALL states. Giving in to Pelosi's ransom demands isn't a "stimulus package". It's a way to put the federal government farther into debt while bailing out the horrific and failed policies of California that have already cost them some of the top employers in the nation.

It's fine to hate Trump. Says a lot about you, none of it good, that you're attempting to shill for Pelosi.

Edit: Note that $800 billion isn't some chump change amount of money. That's the equivalent of a full year of federal military spending.



Won't be presented. He's tried this already and it won't work. Pelosi won't let anything thru. Without the people as a hostage, Covid is no longer politically profitable.

Republicans have stated OVER 9000 TIMES!!! that they're willing to pass a covid relief bill in an hour.

You can't include an $800 billion ransom demand and expect it to pass.

Republicans aren't blocking a relief plan, they're blocking an extortion attempt by greedy socialists who've bankrupted their states and are now attempting to bankrupt the nation.



Pelosi has refused to allow any bill through that did not include non-covid related funding in excess of $800 billion. You want a stimulus or unemployment extension, send Pelosi your angry emails.

Stop shilling for Pelosi. She's epic shit and her state is already bankrupt, and losing all of it's most profitable business. Give it another 10 years at it's current pace, and the rest of the nation will be BEGGING Mexico to take Cali, because all that'll be left is a wasteland.

So the bill dedicated to airlines last week that house republicans blocked didn’t happen in your fairy tale universe?

Why would airline workers receive special compensation when millions of Americans have been actively prevented from earning pay for months and gotten nothing?

Airlines were provided billions to continue paying workers rather than furloughing them in a way that the overwhelming majority of so-called "non-essential" fields were not. These are people who got paid when others did not.

A $1200 stimulus sendout is non-exclusive (with the exception of the 1% being ineligible), therefore turns out to be a great way to help those who've been harmed the most by lock down without playing favorites.

Any airline relief can go into the greater relief plan. Airlines have already been given preferential treatment over the rest of the populace once.
