I believe that is manipulation, that material things don’t bring us happiness. The ones in power want to keep everything the same because they don’t want other wealthy people to emerge. They will try to convince that having more money = less happiness. But money runs the world. Money is pretty much everything. It is more logical that if you have more of it, then you are more likely to make your life better. Therefore, become more happy.
