That's one perspective. There's definitely a clear right and wrong choice between the 2 choices but doesn't mean you can't express a bit disdain for it.

Attack people protesting police abuse and racial injustice, appeal to the Confederacy, and call out Kamala for every unjust criminal justice outcome involving an African-American that she presided over. Totally consistent.

I'm not sure it'll work. Worth a try I guess.

The angle will be to tag her as a spineless Clinton-lite with policy positions so light they flutter in the breeze. The narrative that she's a corrupt prosecutor who has clearly ruined lives is gravy.

I think it's got a shot.

In the past few weeks/months I've heard pundits repeatedly say that the undecided moderates are a myth and that the nation is so polarized and everyone already knows who they are going to vote for, that the only winning strategy is to appeal to your base and energize your voters so that you can turn out a larger vote. They were saying Biden needed to lean into a progressive stance and rally the BLM movement

imagine backing a ticket with a crooked cop and a swamp demon, who both wielded political power to destroy tens of thousands of minority families (as shown with the case of jamal truelove) and then claiming they’re here to help minority people

There's a lot of truth to it but I think there's a large misconception about "the base." The base doesn't mean people on the far right and far left.
