I've recently gotten into LS and have been enjoying it but I feel like I've hit a road bump. I'm currently a level 48 barb and it's taking a LOOONG time to clear a catacombs. I mean like, literally all day while I work. I clear as much as I can, sit in town to heal back, and go back in (speaking of which, is there any way to not get monsters over the path you've already taken?).

I started doing some League of Legends boosting get FG for items, but I'm looking at the market place and upgrades seem to cost a fortune. I was hoping I'd be able to find some upgrade of my own through the catacombs as I cleared but that doesnt seem to be the case. Am I missing something or is it FG intensive?

The current LS event

15x Cooking Experience, +21% Map Final Chest Quality, +240% More Treasure Chests, +89.19% Increased Monster Difficulty, +133.33% More Enigmatic Emblems Bonus Event in progress for 3 days, 5 hours

Essentially the monsters are much stronger so without solid gear, you're going to struggle clearing the catacomb.

Sell every lvl 30 item u find thats junk for 1fg on mp. Lvl 35s for 2fg
40s for 2 or 3fg

And 55s for 6fg easily...u should get enough solo to be able to upgrade gear...also try making a iso post in trading forum for ls...most ppl dont post their gear on mp cuz they don't want to pay fee for it not to sell

Can I do this with pretty much any lvl 30+ gear or does it need actual attribute?

All gear those levels will sell, even with useless stats.

It's more like this imo at the moment:

All lvl 30s: 1fg
Magical 35s: 1fg
Rare+ 35's: 2fg
Magical 40s: 2fg
Rare+ 40s: 3fg
Magical 45s: 2fg
Rare+ 45s: 3fg

If you are struggling at 45 but lvl 40 was doable (before this event) then I strongly suggest building another character to lvl 40 and just farm maps and items at that lvl and sell everything lvl 25 and up


Also, I just looked at your character. No wonder you’re struggling

Get weapons Around 90 ee for 1-100 fg for cheap on the weekend (or make a thread) get armor with 90 ee or better and get 20++ strength charm

Edit again: strongly recommend making a thread since a lot of us will help out a new ls player in the hopes that you stick around

you're not really getting a fair assessment of your ability and progress because this event is ridiculously hard. With your armor and 60 vit in this event at lvl 50 you're going to get destroyed each wave and have to regen.

keep him at lvl 50 and start a new char and climb him up, or you can reroll your main char to lvl 1 and start new to find items

you're not really going to make it to MQ in this event with your gear

If I reroll do I keep my current items?
