now let's compare the wide receivers they threw to....
Oh wait, there is no comparison. Wentz had the worst WR corps in the NFL by a large margin, while Mahomes had one of the best.
Also, 123 more pass attempts from Wentz but only 2 more INT's. More drop back attempts = more fumble opportunities too.
Lol @ the super bowl mention and team record though. Team sport and as I said Mahomes had the team around him to make it so easy. We all know what Wentz does when he has that type of talent (actually even less), he's the league MVP (had it not been for tearing an ACL week 13 of course).
Put Wentz on that Chiefs team and he'd absolutely go bonkers. Shit, give him one guy that can separate and get open let alone multiple.
This is not saying Wentz is better than Mahomes, but the team around them makes all the difference . When you have the right team around either they can play like the best QB in the game. What Wentz did with the lack of weapons he had to throw to last season was nothing short of incredible. Wentz not being in the top 100 (after being #4 just two seasons ago) is insane.
All I see is excuses and what ifs honestly..
WRs aren't the only players on Offense either btw, but I know that's your main spin.
Wentz also had 20 more sacks than Mahomes did (37 vs 17). So either that's on him, or maybe the OL that you are always so quick to hype up isn't as good as you like to claim?
You're also openly admitting that your so called "genius" GM is actually pretty shitty in the big picture of things. Since football is the ultimate team sport, but you all but just said that he can't field a good enough team to help carry Wentz. Like you try and use as an argument for Mahomes and his success.
It's also pretty comical how much you care about that meaningless top 100 list lol.
At the end of the day, Wentz will never be even 1/8 of the QB that Mahomes is, even if he's on the most perfect/talented team.
