MVP QB?
Wat
There was no QB better in the league than Wentz in 2017/18, the MVP award was his to lose and that was not disputable.
Had he not gone down with that injury he would have an MVP award to his resume for sure. I mean shit, he only played 12.5 games and still came up 1 TD shy of leading the NFL in passing TD's (lost by 1 TD to Russell Wilson who played 16 games). Thats not saying much though, we all know that by now.
To think the Eagles were foolish to keep him and move Foles is beyond stupid. You don't trade an MVP caliber QB In his mid 20's after you traded so much just to draft him too. Is he the same QB now? He'll no, but to say that was a stupid move then would make no sense. It was absolutely the move to make.
Just like giving him his extension was a no brainer.
Its unfortunate to see shit falling apart the way it is now, but Wentz is hardly the biggest issue on this team. The problems start with Howie and Doug.
