That is the problem. It happened to me, I logged on to make a trade at Starbucks and I got kicked off for 2 weeks

any commercial ip or proxy ip or vpn will get banned by Blizzard. It also tags your cd key and account. Be careful logging using the same key/account on a good ip.

Only residential and mobile hotspots are safe from what I know
