I experienced this once. Basically, you're screwed. When you connect to battle.net, it uses a specific port. The hotel is most likely blocking this port. Or at least that's what support told me when I had the same issue at a hotel.

yeah that's what I used to do but I changed my plan so now I cant till I call to unlock that option or something
