I thought bbc was pretty decent as a news source many years ago, what's happened lately? Seems they've gone full cnn. Found an article where they cropped out a picture of a protestor swinging a piece of wood at cops to maintain narratives of peaceful protests.

Soros happened. I think Trump winning threw the whole Soros family into a frenzied rage, their tendrils have seeped into every free orifice. Given his billionaire investor status, companies are liable to shareholders so it would be very easy to control them by maneuvering the shareholder puppet strings.

They've always had a stuffy euro-liberal bias, but during the run-up to Brexit they became fully unhinged like CNN. This has all been rather well-known in the UK and its more controversial how they're funded by direct license fees.
I've been listening to them for a long time and they held out as a neutral broadcaster for a long time. I'd say that up to 2017 or so the BBC could be trusted to report fairly on political controversies outside of the EU and were the best source for a neutral look into the US political system. But during/after Brexit they went full globalist SJW and now they can't report on Trump without a hate boner.

Noticed the same about Reuters. They were my go to for a very long time. Last few years however you could really see the tick up in bias seeping in.

Even sources like the economist and wsj who traditionally were looked at as conservative seem to yield more and more to anti trump sentiment.

I think ultimately it is about the establishment, who are all part of the neocon cabal rejecting Trump.
