Hi!

I just started PvP last ladder after maaany years of only PvM. Created a bone nec and had quite fun playing him and did ok in pub duels, even if I struggled with the mechanics of D2 (like stomp and wsg).

I don't have any irl friends that plays D2 anymore, but a few that plays LoL. Therefore I'll most likely spend more time playing LoL than D2. And because I'm looking to get decently good at D2 PvP I suppose I have more luck with a char that resembles the mechanics of LoL. And the only char I can think of that resemble any LoL mechanic is the amazon because of how she kites (without tp). Is she too hard for a beginner like me? Do you have any other suggestions? I've heard that wind druid is a good beginner char but then I need to master stomp I suppose.

Play Ashe/amazon

I was thinking the same thing. Although I play mostly top lane atm the kite and namelock will still be a bit similar as the amazon. And I still play adc once in a while.

Is a bowazon (java switch for block and cta in inv) the way to go? Been looking at this guide:

Just adapt to d2 pvp mechanics. Try druid yes.

Might go that way as well. Was just hard for my old ass brain when everything was flying by so fast with all the tp. Hard to be fast enough

Yeah idk, seems like druid in bear form will get slapped by everything.

Practice read guides and watch videos if want.
